The red and black astericks mean a field or value is required. This means the page cannot
be submitted until a value is entered.
This is the edit icon. If you see this icon it means you can edit a value in the database.
This is the end/deactivate icon. If you see this icon it means you can end or deactivate
a value in the database.
This is the delete icon. If you see this icon it means you can delete a value in the database.
You will not be able to delete a value in the database once it has been used...this is for
history purposes.
This is the artist icon. If you see this icon it means you can view/create an artist profile.
This is visible from the gallery view and gives gallery owners the ability to add artists.

This is the gallery icon. If you see this icon it means you can view/create a gallery profile.
This is visible from the application users view and gives administrators the ability to
add galleries.
***General Gallery Instructions may be found
This is the art icon. If you see this icon it means you can associate art to show for a gallery. You may also be able to upload art for an artist...depending on your permission level.
This is the gallery ad icon. If you see this icon it means you can view/upload links to gallery ads in the virtual book.
This is the gallery virtual tour icon. If you see this icon it means you can view/upload links to gallery virtual tours. (Admins Only!)
